SERVICES

From idea to product, from product to market. Since 2018, we have focused our activities on supporting innovation projects that contribute to environmental and climate protection.

The development and management of national and international networks is part of our core business.

Our know-how covers the area of management of coopration networks, combined with the identification of ideas and joint projects between SMEs and scientific partners.

Furthermore, we also function as an intermediary between companies and scientific institutions looking for cooperation partners in Germany and abroad in particular in the EU and Australia/ New Zealand.

Innovations are created from an interdisciplinary perspective

In 2018, we started to establish the internationally oriented „T+I Circular Bioeconomy Cluster“. Network partners have the opportunity to exchange ideas on an interdisciplinary and international basis within the framework of joint projects and events. This allows to uncover further innovation potentials and to identify suitable partners for the development, production and commercialization activities.

As part of our innovation and financing consulting, we identify current and future market and technology trends. Based on these, we derive the necessary innovation strategies and development priorities for our customers and discuss existing and future business models in order to remain competitive in the future.

In order to meet the financial requirements, we work together with you to examine national and international funding and financing offers that are suitable for the implementation of the planned innovation and growth projects. This primarily concerns the funding offers of the federal and state governments for innovation and growth projects. Financing and funding offers from the EU and the Commonwealth can also be examined.

Following the successful acquisition of funding, T+I offers competent support in the administration of applications and in the accounting of the funding streams in accordance with the guidelines.

Go-inno

As an authorized consulting firm for the go-inno program, we can apply for the BMWK innovation voucher for proportional financing of consulting costs (50%) for companies in the commercial sector, including the handicraft sector, with less than 100 employees (FTE) who want to introduce an innovative product or technical process in their company.

With our consulting tool VC-POINT, we help start-ups and innovative medium-sized companies to prepare and raise venture capital to finance their growth strategy.

In doing so, we support our clients in their approach to investors and the professional preparation for investor due diligence.

VC Point

For the qualified preparation of strategic decisions, more and more medium-sized companies rely on market and competition analyses.

T+I can conduct analyses on topics such as market trends, competition and opportunities for internationalization. We take the work off our clients‘ shoulders and use appropriate tools to extract relevant and trustworthy data.

OUR ACTIVITIES

Currently T+I attends to six international cooperation networks supported by the ZIM program, the STARK Directive (LuTraCo) and the Australian Government (MB-CRC).

Together, our networks form the „T+I Circular Bioeconomy Cluster“, which focuses on the development, production and market launch of sustainable products and processes that help protect the climate and the environment.

FAQ

What are the advantages of membership in a ZIM innovation network?

In general, ZIM networks have the objective to tackle a defined topic area. Cooperation projects are then developed out of the network.

The advantage of the network is that T+I as a management institution supports project planning and preparation. With many years of experience, T+I accompanies the network partners from brainstorming and composition of the project consortia to the coordination and support in the application process.

Furthermore, a network offers the possibility to exchange ideas with other partners from different industries.

What administrative work does the company have to do when requesting a German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action innovation voucher?

The administrative work associated with all public funding is carried out by T+I, as authorized by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. As a rule, no administrative work is incurred on the company being advised. In order to redeem the innovation voucher, however, the following obligations do arise:

  • Legally binding signature of the innovation voucher
  • Participation in the project according to the consulting contract
  • Confirmation of service provision after completion
  • Payment of the required (partial) contribution

How is the cooperation in a ZIM Innovation Network regulated?

As the commissioned network management institution, T+I will regulate the parameters of the cooperation, including both content and finance, with the all the partners involved in the project.

How do I check whether my company is eligible for funding?

T+I supports you in determining eligibility for funding on the basis of the existing guidelines of the funding program. All that is needed is a set of limited information about your company.

Who matches us? Who do we want to work with? Who can benefit from T+I?

You want to strengthen your company economically in the long term through innovations? You want to stand out from the competition by developing new products or processes and network with other national and international players?
